Day out with HippyLady :D
Woke up at 7 plus in the morning today. Had breakfast, dilly dally here and there and went out of the house. Since the holiday, i have not wake up so early before i guess? Supposed to wake up at 7am yet i woke up at 7 plus. Supposed to get out of the house by 8am but i get out of the house by 8 plus.
Mrt-ed to Novena and cabbed to National Skin Centre. It's quite near.. walking distance i guess? However, mummy and i cabbed there because we were not sure where it is exactly and we do not want to waste time searching here and there in case we were late for the appointment. Waiting for my turn is really very long. Chatted with mummy all the while.Got into the consultation room. Doctor said that it’s impossible to get rid of the birthmark using laser because laser is for the first layer of the skin. For mine, it’s at the third layer of skin which is the deepest. Therefore, it is 100% not possible to remove by using laser. So, I have to do operation. There’s 2 operations I can choose from. One is to remove completely and one is to do the stage operation. Stage operation means to remove partially. It cuts the middle of the birthmark and sew it up so I will have a smaller diameter birthmark. But no matter which one I do, I will 100% have a scar. Doing the stage operation, I will have the remaining birthmark to cover the scar which made it less visible. But the problem is, the doctor cannot be sure of what will happen to the scar. Doctor said that leaving it as it is now won't have any problem but he cannot confirm that nothing will happen few years down the road. The doctor gave me one year to consider. Did a little shopping with mummy at Novena and AngMoKio. I guess the promotor abit pissed off because it's like she's getting to no where no matter how much she said.. Hahas Pity her. Too bad.. Not convincing enough. She wasn't able to answer the questions that i asked her. Headed home aftermath. Sorry for the late replies of messages.. Battery flat (again!).
